A complete 360 degree preparation for the world of work

The Career Ready programme gets you ready for the world of work through one-to-one mentoring, paid internships, skills masterclasses, and workplace visits. All provided by our network of employers including some of the largest companies in the UK.

Whether you want to go into work, study at university, apply for an apprenticeship, or are unsure about your next steps – the Career Ready programme can help you.
